Rob and Kathryn Fleming Update

Our return to Japan was planned for early May (Now!), but with a state of emergency declared by the Japanese Government until May 31, it seems best to continue “sheltering in place” here in Waterloo until international travel is deemed safe by both Canadian and Japanese authorities. We are encouraged to have been able to be a part of Grady and Brittany’s Zoom wedding in April and have been able to add an extra month to our apartment lease here…

Jacob, Leidy & Oliver Update March 2020

Quarantined. Trying to organize my thoughts and write this update has been, well, trying. I will try and be brief, but a lot has happened over the last few months and the world is in a weird state right now. Over the last month, Covid19 has made its way into Colombia and we are now in a regional wide quarantine since last Saturday and a nationwide quarantine starts tomorrow. This means when all is said and done, we’ll have been…

Update from Rob and Kathryn Fleming

Where did the summer go? Some of it was spent down at the pond, with evidence below. This summer we met a high school friend in Espanola, who drove from Elliot Lake to meet us! 2020 Day Camp!

I know that Day Camp is a highlight for many kids in the London area.  Unfortunately, Village Green Community Church will not be hosting Day Camp in the summer of 2020. We regret the inconvenience and disappointment this may cause. Plans are starting soon to host Day Camp in 2021. Please check back early 2021 to hear about the great things we have planned for 2021!

She read this at about 8 AM on 3/11. Our lives changed at 2:46 PM, that same day. Many have said that Japanese have become more spiritually sensitive, and many have come to Christ because…
