Semester 1 Recap: Coaching We are filled with joy as we reflect on semester 1 of the ‘24-’25 school year. Grady’s volleyball team finished 2nd at their ACSC tournament in Indonesia, while Brittany’s swim team also finished 2nd at their ACSC swim meet in Hong Kong. Sitting here in our home in Manila, we think back to our time in Canada and feel overwhelmed by feelings of gratitude to God and to all of you. Three of our main goals for our time in Canada were to rest, to reconnect with friends and family, and to raise prayer and financial partners. We are unshaken in Japan!  Japan has made the news again, and the latest earthquake has resulted in this sooner-than-intended prayer update. We live on the east coast of Honshu, 300 km from the epicenter of the Japan earthquake that you likely saw on the news. It was bad, but we experienced only a long rocking sensation (think being in a canoe), which indicated a really big earthquake not so nearby. This time, it was not under our house. Thanks…
