HAPPY NEW YEAR! Welcome to our first newsletter for a brand new year. As 2023 came to a close, as a church, we were experiencing the hand of God’s blessing on many of our ministries. Greetings from Hitachinaka, Japan. After a four-month Home Assignment in Ontario, returning “home” feels good. We are thrilled to introduce Mia Joy Fleming to you all. Mia was born on October 6, 2023 at 3:13am, weighing 2.75kg / 6lbs 1oz. Fun fact! Mia is a name in English, French, and Japanese, and Filipino people pronounce it the same way as Canadians would! Praise God for a great end to the school year. It’s so fun to reflect on this past year and think of all the experiences had, lessons learned, and relationships built at Faith.
