Thank you to those who offered a car to make the crisscrossing of Ontario enjoyable. We have decided on a gently used “veteran” Hyundai currently parked in Thunder Bay. We will fly to Thunder Bay, visit Westfort Baptist, and enjoy the Lake Superior North Shore drive back to Southern Ontario. So fun! Praying to avoid hitting a moose! We asked for prayer for a car, as it can be difficult finding something for 4 months, but we had enough car offers to open a used car lot! (We won`t) Thank you!
Thank you for praying for Mr. Muroga`s, 85-year-old mother. It was great to see her baptized on Easter, have lunch together as a church, and share her first communion. Mr. Muroga, our mechanic friend invited his yet unbelieving wife and teen-aged son and they attended, mostly politely wondering what was going on. Kathryn invited her friend Yuuko, but she decided not to attend. A wise friend asked us, “Why would Japanese want to attend church, which they perceive as western religion, when they don`t even participate in their own two Japanese religions”? Hmmm.
And God will generously provide all you need. Then you will always have everything you need and plenty left over to share with others.

We will be based in Waterloo from June-September and look forward to weekend church visits, but also have time to meet with individual supporters. Please let us know if something might work.
Rob’s back is slowly getting better. Please continue to pray for full recovery especially with travel in the near future. We are excited to get to go to Julia’s graduation, celebrate the birth of the first grandchild and spend precious time with parents and family!
