The Abundant Life

When you ask most people the reason why Jesus came, the common answer is to give his life to save ours. As correct as that answer may be, Jesus came to give us much more as part of the gift of salvation. In this series, we look at what Jesus offers, when we place our faith in him.

Part 8: Hope

Living abundantly in Jesus is a forward-moving journey of expectation and hope. Romans 15:13; Ephesians 3:20-21

Part 7: Together

Life in Christ is a life of more. We not only experience abundance in our personal lives, but in the gathering together with others in faith. Philippians 2:1-4

Part 6: Freedom

Following Jesus opens the door to possibilities that go beyond our present reality and circumstances. John 8:31-32

Part 3: Rest

Rest can be fleeting when we live in a culture of more. Our inablibity to find rest, also prevents us from experienceing peace. John 14:27-29; Matthew 11:28-30

Part 2: Power

John 14:15-21 Following Jesus means that we are never alone, never helpless, and never powerless. Regardless of what we experience in life, we have an advocate who is always there.
