Don Shirley

I am a retired high school teacher, happily married to Jane, proud father of three grown sons and grandfather of three wonderful grandsons and one granddaughter. I came to faith early in life and it has been a fascinating journey through good times and very difficult times knowing that God has been leading me into a closer relationship with Him. I have been a member at Village Green for over forty years and in that time I have been a Deacon, a Director, Chair of the Board, Finance Committee Chair as well as coach of the baseball team. I have been thankful for the opportunity to serve in the various ways over the years and would look forward to offering my experience and abilities on the board again. It is exciting to see what God is doing at Village Green and would like to have the opportunity to be part of expanding His Kingdom here in Westmount and beyond.
