Sarah Ruddach

My name is Sarah Ruddach, and I have been attending Village Green for just over 7 years.  I am a mom of 3 (Jacob, Aaron & Emily) and I’ve been married to my husband, Steve, for about 21 years. I grew up in Northern Ontario, in a small town called Shining Tree, where my parents were the teachers and the Principal at the local 2-room school. Growing up in a rural town that had no church, my parents and 2 other local families got together on Sundays to hold church in the local community center. I left home in grade 9 to attend high school in a nearby town where I met my now husband, Steve. After high school, I studied Mechanical Engineering at the UWO, got married, and got a job at General Motors working in the Quality department at the CAMI Assembly Plant in Ingersoll. I’ve held a few different positions over the last 17 years at GM, and currently, I have a work-from-home job working for the GM Canada Benefits Team. For a number of years now, I have enjoyed helping with Kids Connections & the annual nativity skit here at Village Green.  In my free time, I enjoy volunteering at my kids’ school, baking, crafting, horseback riding, and in the summer, camping, fishing with my family.
