Free Books
It’s not everyday that a library collected over the last 10 years is being offered for free. If you love
books and want to go through a library of free books for the taking, we have tables set up in the foyer for you. Simply contact the office and set up a time. We have some boxes and bags but please remember to bring some. There is a wide variety of resources to choose from – leadership, theology, family, Bibles, and lots more. There is also DVD’s, Conference and music CD’s to choose from. Make your appointment at office@villagegreenchurch.com
The Major Seven
The new session will begin on Monday, October 19th, and run for 7 weeks ending on Monday, November 30th. The session will look at the 7 chapters of the Bible everyone should know and understand. They are critical to understanding the over-arching narrative and primary message that makes up the Bible. I hope you will plan to join us. Fall Infinity Youth Plans!
A reminder that our Youth program for the Fall is in full swing. Below is the schedule for the remainder of October. For questions, please call the church office at office@villagegreenchurch.com.
October 13 – Games/Bible study – Village Green parking lot
October 20 – Event – Village Green parking lot
October 27 – Pumpkin painting/Bible study – Village Green parking lot
Kids Connection
In the last month we have seen our Kids Connection ministry start some new initiatives to connect the kids while helping families at the same time. Beyond starting a livestream for the kids on Sunday morning, they are posting the videos on our YouTube channel. Starting in October, the kids are now receiving by delivery and/or mail, a package with crafts and other resources for the month. This is something that will be provided each month for the foreseeable future. You can grab the videos on our YouTube channel here.
Our 50th Anniversary
The month of November marks our 50th year as a church. The theme for the month will be Faithful God: Faithful People. It will be a month of special interviews and remembrances that come with 50 years of faithful ministry.
Re-Gathering Protocols

Give!
There are three primary ways to give to the church:
- Drop off your offering at the church, either through the mailbox during the week or in the basket when entering the service on Sunday morning.
- Go to our website, www.villagegreenchurch.com, and use the Give button on the top-right menu bar. There is also a Give bottom in the footer menu of the website as well. The Give button will take you to our PayPal portal.
- You can also give by using envelopes@villagegreenchurch.com to make e-transfers to the church. If you do use this option, please make sure we have an address on file so we know where to send the receipt.
