Jon Korkidakis

Jon joined Village Green as Lead Pastor in April 2008. He was born in Athens, Greece but grew up in London. He is married to Darlene and they have two grown sons. Before coming to Village Green, Jon pastored Masonville Community Church, a church plant that specifically reached out to non-believers. Jon is also an adjunct professor at Heritage College and Seminary in Cambridge specializing in biblical studies.

Julianne Breen

Julianne Breen is a graduate from Western University with a Bachelor of Music, Honours in Music Education as well as a Bachelor of Education. Along with her roles as Youth Coordinator and Worship Coordinator at Village Green, she is the Executive Director of Adullam Camp Ministries. She has a passion for music, teaching, discipleship, and building up strong Christian leaders!

Noreen Spruyt

Noreen is at the Hub of all Village Green activity! Everything related to facility, rentals, and Social Media passes through the office at VG. Originally from Mississauga with a brief four year stop in Thunder Bay to complete an Honours degree in Kinesiology. London has been home for the past 24 years. Julia Watson

Julia Watson is a graduate from Western University with an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Disability Studies. Along with her role as Kid’s Connection Coordinator, she works as a supply educational assistant for the Thames Valley District School Board and as a teaching assistant at King’s College University. Julia serves as a leader at Village Green’s youth group, Power to Change Western and Adullam Camps. She has a heart for discipling and walking alongside children and youth as…

Dave has been part of the Village Green family for a few years, and now spends his days as our custodian, helping bring excellence to our church in everything that we do.

Ernest Yanful

Ernest lives in London and is a Professor of Civil and Environmental Engineering at The University of Western Ontario. He was born in Ghana and immigrated to Canada in 1981. He holds a Masters degree from the University of Windsor. After obtaining a Ph.D. degree in Civil Engineering from Western in 1986, he worked for the University, Environment Canada in Saskatoon, and Noranda Technology Centre in Pointe-Claire, Quebec, before returning to London to join the faculty at Western in 1993.…

Brent Paul

Brent and his family have attended Village Green since 1979. He retired in 2004 after 30 years as a Teacher of the Deaf. He became an Elder in 2004 and now serves as Elder Emeritus. He is married to Jennifer, and they have three grown children, two daughters-in-law, one granddaughter and a grandson (Joshua, Vicky and Samiya, Jacob, Leidy and Oliver and their foster son Jason). Paulette Schiestel

Ralph Allen

Ralph was born and raised in New Brunswick but has spent the last 35 years in London. He is married to Krista and has four adult children. He has a diploma in electronics and spent 30 years in the transportation industry. Since retiring in 2019, he is at home walking the dog and chief cook and bottle washer. He is also a motorcycle enthusiast, pickleball master and has a passion for bible study.

Matthew Burkholder

My family and I started attending Village Green in 2017 when I was hired as the Worship Coordinator. We immediately felt a deep affinity for the people of Village Green who welcomed us and supported us. Al Vanderlaan

Al has been attending Village Green for many years with his family. He has served on the Board of Directors several times and has held the role of Board Chair in previous years. Al is the Director of Estimating for Classic Fire and Life Safety London.
